Island Marine Air

All payments of Island Marine Air invoices using our online payment facilities are subject to the following conditions.

Island Marine Air accepts Visa and MasterCard for USD transactions only. When you complete the online payment form, funds will be deducted from your credit card account in USD or the equivalent amount based on your card provider’s exchange rate. Payments are deposited directly into Island Marine Air’s bank account.

Island Marine Air will appear on your bank statement. All online payments are secure and processed through the Caribbean Credit Card Corporation (4C’s) Payment Gateway.

Island Marine Air does not store your credit card details in our database.

Confirmation

If your payment is successful, you will receive confirmation that the transaction has been completed.

If your payment is unsuccessful, you will be advised that the transaction has failed.

While Island Marine Air may provide general guidance on failed transactions, you should contact your credit card provider for full details. If your payment fails, please use one of the alternative payment methods listed on your invoice.

A confirmation email outlining your payment details will be sent once the transaction is processed.

Refunds

Refunds, if applicable and at the discretion of Management, will only be made to the debit or credit card used for the original transaction.

For clarity, nothing in this policy requires Island Marine Air to issue a refund unless the applicable fees have already been paid.

If you identify any discrepancies, please contact our Accounts Department to resolve the matter promptly.
